The invalid message generated by the can-controller is passed to the
filter stage. So, if the corrupted "new" identifier does not match your
acceptance filter setting, you will receive no message at all.


The german philips fae told us that there is an ongoing redesign
process for all can equipped LPC chips and that new parts may be
available in Q4/2005.
