Lpc2000

Hi to all group members,
               iam using LPC 2214 for my project.I require 3 serial 
ports for my project.
As lpc 2214 is provided with only 2 ports, im using MAX 3100 to 
convert SPIO into RS 232 port.
 I have the code for 89c51 and PIC controllers,but the same concept 
is not working with 2214 controller.
So if anybody has the code for 2214 please forward me.
