Suggested USB interface solutions LPC2142/28

In LPC2142_48(preliminary).pdf is schematic suggested USB interface
solutions. Is it correct? Usually D+ and D- are connected resistors 27
Ohm. On the schematic in this pdf first resistor on D+ and the second
resistor is on VBUS.
