A "HEX" file (in the Intel HEX format) consists of records, and there
are several record types. Record type 4 is not widely supported:
lpc21isp does not support it and apparently Philips utility does not
either.

What tool (and which version) are you using to create the HEX file?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
