Lpc2000

I'm trying to get a Wiggler working on my prototype, without any success.

The connections I'm using are basically the same as on the Atmel EB01/EB40
board, except that I haven't bothered with the 10 pF capacitors.

I've got DBGSEL tied high, and TDI (pin 2), TMS (pin 48), TCK (pin 1) and
NRST (pin 6) pulled up with 10K resistors. TDO goes to pin 3. I've had to
use rather long leads (about 3") from the JTAG header to the LPC2104, but
they are roughly the same length.

The Macraigor software can't find anything. The Wiggler works OK with the
Atmel EB01.

Has anyone got any suggestions?
