Lpc2000

Hi, 
I have read all postings regarding use of LPC2000 flash utility from 
Philips on this group and Circuit Cellar BB and tried all of them. 
Finally i saw its showing progress bar moving in the bottom and 
complete downloading hex in flash and then start executing. I 
removed jumper J1 after programming. My problem is that after 
downloading the code its not running on board because I saw all LEDs 
are ON irrespective of resets. 

This is something frustrating. To learn how to download a code in 
LPC2138 it takes so much effort and trials and in the end its not 
working. 

Please help those who have succeded in doing this or faced similar 
problems and later resolved.
