In the root directory you will find qt-mt334.dll along with Install.exe.
Double clicking Install.exe will load qt-mt334.dll as part of the Windows
loading process.

I just downloaded the v1.5 zip file and it certainly contains qt-mt334.dll
in the root.  Are you sure you unzipped the DLL or just the setup program?
