I've recently started having problems with OCD Remote

I can start it up with the command :
ocdremote.exe -cARM7TDMI-S -p8888 -dWIGGLER -a1 -s6
(note - no other speed besides 6 works)

I then start up arm-elf-insight.exe (part of GNUARM)

I can connect to target, and download to RAM (which is super slow - takes a 
few minutes to download 1500 bytes), but when I try to start running, 
OCDremote shuts down with error:
Shut down sockets.

I've tried going back to the Macgraigor web site (
http://www.macraigor.com/full_gnu.htm) to download v2.13 (I have v2.12), but 
the download always stops at 96% (I've been seeing this problem for weeks)

Any suggestions?
