Try tu pull up the RTCK aswell. This thing does have two sets of JTAG
pins. IF RTCK and DBGSEL are both high during reset then the pins
0.17-0.21 will be used (figure 42 on users manual).

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
