USB JTAG Possible ?

Sirs

I itend to develop an USB interface to replacing the LPT Port version. 
The idea is to use the sames signals used on commom Parallel Port JTAG. 
My question is how to develop a driver to create a virtual LPT port to 
connect it.

Other question : THe JTAG listed on this group works on Keil / IAR 
environment ?
