 Transceiver is AMD202E Analog Devices. The settings for transceiver are right otherwise it shoudn't have worked for 38400 for XTAL 14.7456MHz

38400 Bautrate. Where as user manual says XTAL 14.7456 MHz can be used to
have higher baudrates

XTAL 14.7456 MHz---> 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200, 230400.
(page 271, User Manual LPC2119/2129/2194/2292/2294)

I wonder it just woked untill 38400.

any idea guys ??

I see in the last LPC213x manual a table about the possible 
baudrates according to the xtal. (table 196 p.224 in "UM10120_1 - 
LPC213x User Manual.pdf")

for example :
xtal 11.0592 > 9600, 19200 & 57600.
xtal 12.2880 > 9600, 19200 & 38400.
xtal 14.7456 >  9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200 & 230400.

name of the table :
"Table 196:Correlation between possible ISP baudrates and external 
crystal frequency (in MHz)".
