Lpc2000

Make sure your JTAG connector (assuming the standard 20-pin 
connector) has the following signals:

1)3.3V
2)3.3V
3)TRST
4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18, and 20)GND
5)TDI
7)TMS
9)TCK
11)RTCK
13)TDO
15)RST
17)Pull low via 10K resistor
19)N/C
