Hi Angel,
Do I remember correctly that some ethernet interface are able to detect
an inversion of the 2 communication wires,
and then correct for this,
but it needs one or two messages (generally some *milli*seconds) ?
HTH,
kind regards
Daniel

Subject: [lpc2000] LPC2292 & CS8900
Hello
In a circuit using a CS8900A connected to a LPC2292, I have a problem.
After a power up, the CS8900 do not accept ethernet packets for a time
variable, but tipicaly of 20-30sec.
After that, the circuit work correctly, accepting soft resets.
I have checked the hardware, the crystal stability, etc, and all seem
be ok.
Have anybody experienced this problem?
Thanks in advance.
Angel
