Solved the problem. My serial protocol used Break's to indicate NAK's.
All of the nodes detected bad packets together and set the break but
my bottom half processing of breaks which clears the breaks wasn't
executing. That's why the pin was held low.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
