Now I see that the VICVectCntl1 and VICVectCntl2 should be switched ...

(To my defence, I must say that it isn't my code ... but it doesn't
help, does it?)

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
