Thanks, 

I can generate an hex file, but it is possible if start code and end is blank. We just have to specify the offset.

  Hi Alexandre,

  you can generate the hex file from your code. make sure you have
  selected "generate hex-file" under the TOOL OPTIONS - OUTPUT. The file
  who keil generated is an Intel Hex File (try a simple search as
  google: eg. intel hex file) and you will find converters and documents
  about this.
