JTAG RTCK question

I see that people are saying that the RTCK line for JTAG debugging 
isn't used.  Does this mean that I can use this as a GPIO even when 
using the JTAG debugger?

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
