SSP and SPI max SCK

Can someone clarify my understanding please?

SPI has a max SCK of 60mhz/8 in master and in salve modes? Correct?
SSP has a max SCK of 60mhz/2 in master and in slave modes? And on new 
chips it is going to be 70mhz/2? Correct?
