Yeah, but you'll loose the RAM.  Maybe take a harder look at SPI 
hardware, that SPI bus is fast!

My application I need the RAM plus lots of Flash, result has been 
LPC2106 to save in the stuff in RAM and LPC2138 to put code into...  :-/
