Lpc2000

Dear LPC2000 group,
I'm new to ARM chip and i'm starting to develope  with LPC2129/LPC2194.
Some simple but fundamental questions:

1- which is the best toolchain to work with?
2- there are someone working with GCC/Keil/ULINK set?
3- there are someone working with winIdea?
