To cross port examples between toolchains is pretty easy going.  But of 
course read any license agreement prior to shooting yourself in the foot :)

The ST USB Bulk code uses Microsoft DDK example code.  So if you have access 
to the Microsoft DDK you're set.

Something else to consider if you don't want to spend many thousands on 
Jungo software if you need to support multiple OS's:
