Lpc2000

Hi, all!

We have a project featuring LPC2138 and we would like to keep power 
consumption to minimum levels when possible. Now the issue of what to 
do with unused pins opens a couple of questions. I'd normally connect 
all unused GPIO pins to GND, but some of them (P1 in particular) have 
internal pull-ups. Wouldn't a GND connection on them draw a significant 
current in these pins? Up to 85 µA per pin is 16x85µA=1.36mA (worst 
case scenario). Should I connect them to VDD instead? If I use 
LPC2148... what should I do with D+ and D-? Connect them to GND too?
