Still need help...

Still need help...

Does anybody have some experience with LPC21xx devices in powerdown mode ?

Thanks

Hi,

I'm trying to put a LPC2146 in a deep power down mode, but, the best I
can get is 1,2mA....
After a lot of tests, i have lowered this to 375uA but putting two
470K pulldowns in the USB lines (D+ ; D-)
My test board consumes only 2uA without the processor, and I have 3
boards with the same behavior.
Any ideas ?

Thanks, Mauricio

Do you have any floating IO pins...?

No, they are all pulled up or are outputs (outputting 0 in port0 and 1
in port1).
