Lpc2000

I am not able to connect to LPC2103 chip. I tried to read the ID using 
LPC flash utility and tried to connect through JTAG with no luck at 
all.

I have DBGSEL connected to 3.3V to enable JTAG but didn't work.

Any ideas? RTCK doesn't select JTAG in this chip, correct?

Anyone was able to get the manual or updated flash utility for these 
new chips?

ok I found the manual in the file section!

Now, rowley tool can't program the chip and I can't find a new release 
of the philips flash utility.

Was anyone able to program LPC2103? What did you use?
