intel xscale PXA255 ARM9 CONTROLLER issue

i have got a project that has to deal with intel X-scale PXA255

i have been with phillips ARM controller LPC2292,lpc2129 and happy 
with the way of their documentation.
 
But now i have to work with this PXA 255 and i have been through their 
site but didn't find a source of proper documentation.

 any ref is in need.
