My problem at last was very simple. I have swapped the connection of 
ethernet, and the delay was in the auto-detection of polarity in the 
equipments in the network (ethernet adapters, switch, etc).

Your problem seem be in the way of accesing the external memory by the 
LPC. You can see in another branch some somments about this.

I sove that by a small delay after the register select and the read of 
response.
