Has anyone created a flash programming algorithm for Keil for the Spansion flash

I need to get a Keil uVision3 programming algorithm for the Spansion S29GL032M90T 32Mb flash or some similiar part? Has anyone used the Realview free evaluation package for this purpose? Thanks. Best Regards, Bill
