25MHz Max Ext Osc for ISP

Hi Looking at the 2214 datasheet, the maximum external oscillator frequency when ISP is required is 25MHz. Does anyone know what the limiting factor is here and am I likely to run into problems with JTAG debuggers when it comes to programming internal FLASH with an external oscillator of 50MHz ? Dave
