does keil MCB2140 evaluation board supports standard JTAG or only Keil 
ULINK USB Interface Adapter should be used for keil MCB2140 board

Sdhir, 

we have used earlier Keil boards with emulators from Nohau and Hitex.
The interface is definitely not closed with U-Link only.
