   Is the latest guide from James P Lynch in the group files repository.
  I am unable to download file from olimex website

I just checked the Olimex web site and the ARM Cross Development with 
Eclipse tutorial is still there (see pages for ARM-JTAG and LPC-P2106 
board) and I just successfully downloaded it. 

Maybe it was just a glitch, Vineet?
