ARM device chart

ARM device chart

2006-02-20 by Rick Collins

I am preparing a summary chart of most of the ARM MCUs. There are a
lot of Philips parts and it is a lot of work to go though all the data
sheets. To save me the trouble of reading all the data sheets in
detail I would like answers to a couple of questions.

Which of the LPC parts are full automotive temperature of -40 to +125C
rather than just -40 to +85C?

Are there any that do not come in the industrial temp of -40 to +85C?

Are they all core voltage 1.8 volts?

Are they all 5 volt tolerant on most IO pins?

Do any of the Philips parts have DACs or PWMs?

It is just the 22xx parts that have an external interface?

Can the power consumption in normal and sleep modes be summarized
easily or do I need to pull it from each data sheet?

You can find the chart at http://www.gnuarm.com on the resources page
in the "ARM Chips" section. Please feel free to send corrections and
additions. A blank space is missing data while a dash is used to
indicate a function that does not exist in that part. On occation,
the table does not load properly in Firefox, just reload if that
happens. I have not seen it break twice in a row... and remember that
this is a work in progress.

Feel free to check out any of the vendor ads that you are interested
in. They help to pay for the site. :)

Actually I thought they all had PWMs. The ones I've looked at do in any
case. Specifically the 2104/5/6 and 2119. The number of PWMs depends on
how you control them.

Yes, check the page again, I found the info on PWMs and added it.

BTW, you have been using that tag line for a long time. The point of
it seems a bit obvious for something that you say hundreds of times.
Have you considered changing it?

I see, Have you considered adding serial ISP info?

Probably for longer than you realize. You're right though it's past time
it was changed.
