LPC2200 And ISP1161A1

Hi,all members:
I use the LPC2200 and a ISP1161A1 to build my USB host system.When I have initialized the ISP1161A1's registers,the HC send SOF every 1ms.But the problem is the PID field is error,my PID field data is 0110 while the correct data is 0101.
If everyone has some experience about ISP1161A1,I wait for your answer to my question.
