There are several examples of startup code around and I expect there is a 
lot of ARM assembly in various places.  Are you looking for something in 
particular?

Check out the files section as there are quite a few examples with a 
Startup.S in assy. There is also project there named LPCH40MB. It is in LZH 
format so you'll need to download extraction tool if running MS Windowa.
