Hi, all!

 Where can I find electrical characteristics of LPC2148, e.g. I
consumed from Vbat? User manual has not such information.

As well as the User Manual, have you checked the Data Sheet?

I know power-supply requirements are vague - it depends how much
you leave running, what voltage levels the digital inputs are, ...

And if you _measure_ the consumption, remember that it will
increase rapidly with temperature. I think leakage currents
double for every 10 degrees C.
