Lpc2000

Hi all,
I have tried to configure OLIMEX JTAG cable with my LPC2106 board, but 
when I run debug mode from IAR IDE(free download version), it responds 
with "JTAG Cable not connected". Does this cable support to LPC2106 and 
IAR compiler?

hi, Olimex ARM-JTAG works well with IAR via H-JTAG. You may follow 
the steps below for the configuration.

1. The H-JTAG freeware could be downloaded from 
http://hjtag.blogspot.com/. 

2. In H-JTAG "Settings" menu, configure the "Jtag settings" as shown 
in the picture http://www.olimex.com/dev/images/H-JTAG.gif. 

3. Use H-JTAG "Detect target" to check whether the connection btw 
the host and target board is working properly.

4. In IAR->Project->Options->Debugger, choose RDI as driver.

5. In IAR->Project->Options->Debugger->RDI, enter the H-JTAG.dll to 
the RDI driver.

6. Press CTRL+D to start IAR debugging mode.
