LPC2214: Delay from reset to first instruction in ext. mem.

This is not a big deal but I'm curious. Is there a timing spec I didn't see which gives the delay from reset deasserted to first instruction in external memory, assuming the device is booting from external Flash? The timing spec of the LPC2214 is rather terse. Isn't it?
