JTAG and ETM on LPC2114 64pin chip

Hello, Can anyone double check my understanding please. On LPC2114 you can enable JTAG or ETM or both. When enabeling JTAG only you can use the ETM pins as I/O; therefore, only 6 pins are needed to connect to the chip and debug and all the rest of the pins can be I/O or their multiplexed hardware(SPI for example) Thanks Gus
