C++ and ULINK

I can´t debug a .cpp file using ULINK. I'm using uvision3 V3.02 and a MCB2100 board (LPC2129)... I'm receiving the MEMORY MISMATCH message... renaming a file to .c (I've tried just a empty main function and a simple .h for the test) I don't receive that message...
