Hi,

 Tried to find an legacy BSDL file at Philips - no success - they do not 
provide it "for these devices" ;) So questions are :

- anyone knows values for JTAG instructions for LPC-21xx
(EXTEST/SAMPLE/PRELOAD/IDCODE/etc), if they exists
- where to find docs for legacy LPC-21xx CPU JTAG instructions, like
programming/debugging/etc.

I had emailed Philips a while back about a BSDL file which was
mentioned in their FAQ. They said the FAQ is wrong and a BSDL file not
available.
However by using the JTAG instructions defined in the ARM docs, I have
had no problems accessing ICE functionality in the 2119.
