Let me keep it short,

a new option to order tools for Philips LPC microcontrollers popped up
recently. http://www.lpctools.com/ 
So far the selection is limited but there is also some additional
background information AND a link to this forum ;-).

Because the store seems to be located in San Jose, the fastest access
/ shipping is probably from the USA.
