LPC2294/LPC2292, JTAG and any Hardware problem

2004-10-05 by kralikbo

Hi all.
I have a problem with LPC2292/2294 device, please help me.I made
system with LPC2294/2292 Philips processor.System contains CPU,
24MHz,
xtal, two capacitors, JTAG EI012 interface, decouple capacitors for
all supply pins(100nF) and supply devices(LM2941S, LP3961). When I
connect system to PC, all well works, but LPC2292 and LPC2294 give me
same ID code 0x9FF0F0F.I works with JTAG-tools.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/jtagtools

Next I changed supply device(high operating temperature of voltage
regulator LP3961), something I
must did wrong, becouse nothing works, oscilator did not work too. I
changed CPU, JTAG not works.Oscilator work on 24MHz frequency,
voltage
on xtal is 1.515V, U3.3=3.26 V, U1.8=1.8V, power consumation is 20mA.
First function prototype consumation about 200mA power. All pins and
peripherials I check, all is OK. I don't have idea, what is worng.
Tell me please any idea, how I find what is wrong. Thanks for all
advices.

BTW: I did not check system via ISP features, I must do it.

Now I make ISP communication and it works well.
Device ID is 50462403, BootLoader ID:1.6, I using LPC2000 Flash
Utility V2.1.0.
I don't understand where is problem with JTAG.
Please, do you know anybody where I download BSDL file for LPC2292/
LPC2294 processors ?

Move to quarantaine
