I'm new about LPC210x
 
Is there some SPI driver code for LPC210x?

Yes there is actually. I've written a SPI bus driver for the LPC2114 
last week. It is written for use with FreeRTOS (www.freertos.org) but 
it should be a nice stepup anyway. It works on an LPC210x as well 
except for the 2nd SPI device of course ;) 
I'm willing to share it with you if you are interested. 
Due to the fact that I am currently missing the required debug 
hardware it is not working yet. There are probably just a few bugs 
that need to be solved. This should be completed within a fair amount 
of time, but of course any help is very much appreciated.
