Debuging in FLASH, with Insight.

I have problems running Insight with programms addressed to the FLASH. Is there annyway to get Insight programming the FLASH? Or can I use the LPC FLASH UTILITY to flash and then Insight to debug? A little how-to would be nice. Regards, Thomas
