sorry that I made you wait so long. Still preliminary but more recent
than the one posted by John.
File size of final document will be larger because I sampled this one
down to smaller size. Needs Acrobat 4 or later. 

John,
please do me a favor and delete the older version of the UM.
Once this document is available from our website, I will delete it here.
