Yes, but is this *guaranteed* without IO toggling?  I am using 
TPS3823.

it is not guaranteed. If your software defined this pin as output and
you overdrive a bias resistor it will flip once the port goes to
input. If it was an input in your application and there is no change
in driving it from external, there will be no change to the port pin.
As far as I understand it does not switch to an output before it is
high impedance in reset.

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
