Part ID Table - error (LPC2210 and LPC2290 - samed Id) and update for new devices (like LPC2138) ?

Hello,

i just started to implement an "automatic" chip detection for lpc21isp to recognize 256 kbyte devices.
So i query the lpc device with "Read Part ID" (command 'J').

1) According to the part id table from file section the LPC2210 and LPC2290 return the same ID (0x0301FF12) - is this correct ? Ok, both devices have 0 KB of flash, so programming such devices via serial port is useless - or ? Or is it only used to upload programm / date to RAM ? Or can i programme external flashes with built in programmer ?

2) Is there an updated table of the part id table which also lists the new devices like LPC2138 ? Or are at least the IDs already known ?

Regards,

        Martin
