Lpc2000

Hi,
friends i am new member of this grp. I am using LPC in my project,i 
have a problem with the power supply. specified power supply range 
for pad is 3 to 3.6 and designed power supply is 3.53V for the pad & 
specified power rangefor core is1.6 to 2v and designed is 1.85V core 
but my uC get heated while testing the JTAG. what can be the problem? 
If the uC is damaged, then again testing the supply,the uC get's 
heated. why this is happing. plz answer me as soon as possible.
