LPC2138 hardware questions

Hi, 1) RTC: if I am not using the RTC oscillator(RTXC1/2), but rather derived the clock from internal clock generator(XTAL1/2), can I leave the RTXC1/2 unconnected? Also, can Vbat be unconnected if I am not using this feature? Or should I still connect Vbat to 3.3V? 2) ADC: can Vref be left unconnected if I am not using ADC? Thanks -martin
