Is it possible to run ISP in LPC2138 with a 20 MHz
xtal?

Thanks

My experience the high speed baudrates will fail (112Kbaud).
There is a xref table in the Philips docs with available baudrates and
Xtal frequencies.

I get good results with the Philips Utility at 115k when using a
standard baud rate xtal.

I am running LPC2294 with 10MHz crystal and internal core at 60MHz -- enabling PLL ,
I can communicate and transfer large amount data without any error (1MB/2MB size).
