Lpc2000

I'm new with ARM and ETH, nevertheless I'm trying to connect 
a W3100A (precisely an iim7010A) to a LPC2106 in indirect address 
mode. I have two basic problems and I would like to discuss them with 
anybody who has already experiences with this configuration.
